Expectations:

  • Meetings are confidential
  • All members are expected at every meeting (if not possible at least make a serious effort to attend once a month)
  • Men are expected to arrive early or on time to ensure meeting starts on time and out of consideration for their fellow brothers
  • Discussion or Q and A after talk may be longer or shorter based on topic/ engagement of the Cohort
  •  Sharing of living the code could be longer if discussion on helping brothers out is in-depth.  Share on your progress, obstacles and success with living out the Code. Remember that it is through this sharing we give the greatest mutual support to each other, that is the support for spiritual development.
  • Prayer intentions could be longer or shorter depending on intentions and group
  • Admin – there may or may not be much to discuss
  • Fellowship this time can be shortened if the other tasks took longer. NOTE: The other tasks are not to be shortened due to time. It is important that these are done properly. However, due to being considerate of the members time the Centurion will chair the meeting to make sure it is carrying on
  • It is encouraged that men also meet outside of BCB Cohort meetings and/or carry out spiritual and corporal works of mercy.
